- Sessions will not be cancelled in case of bad weather, they will happen rain or shine.
- Participants must arrive already dressed in their workout clothes.
- A session lasts 60 minutes
- Participants must bring a towel, a bottle of water and a good mood!
- The Urban Training coach will be waiting for the participants on time, kindly be on time too.
