Professional coaching for everyone. Rediscover your city through sport. Meet new people in a friendly atmosphere, both to work on your fitness level and for fun. Free of charge, courtesy of local businesses investing in health and public welfare. Healthy and stimulating, Urban Training is for your own good!
How does it work? Find the date and place of each session on Urban Training.ch where anyone in good health condition, over the age of 18, can register online. Put on your sportswear and meet up with the group, don’t forget a towel and water bottle. Under the supervision of a coach, the group begins their health session throughout the city. It’s a fun way to use public equipment for fitness, but it’s also 60 minutes of outdoor activities followed by a stretching session, all in a friendly atmosphere. Don’t stay in your apartment or in the gym: sign up and escape!
Why Urban Training? To get out of the house, to have fun, to rediscover your city through the pleasure of physical exercise: beginners or experienced athletes, young or not so young, men, women, people from all walks of life. It’s also the chance to build up your “health reflexes”, to gain fitness insights by listening to our coaches: improving your form, staying motivated, have a healthy diet, lose weight… Each participant can take advantage of Urban Training, come out and have fun!
